I know the Mad Irishman made changes to it that included the AC shield, but the Saving Throws were forgotten.

The only thing the sheet was missing was a spot for AC and an area for Saving Throws. You could decide how much space you needed to enter your goodies instead of having a small cramped space to fill in all of your spells or whatnot. and maybe another section with all of your magic items, another for all of your equipment, treasure, etc. This way, you could fill in a section with all of your spells.

I also appreciated that there were sections for you to fill in what you wanted, rather than them being labeled for you. It was made in the same style as the original golden/yellow AD&D sheets this one mostly resembles the old multi-classed sheet, because it can cover any character class. or 'folder'), which was plenty of space to write everything down you needed. I liked that it was basically 4 pages (11x17 folded over to make like a 4-page book. My personal favorite was the AD&D Permanent Character Record/Folder (for 1e).
